People have really enjoyed having the chance to try the delicious, meat-free Walnut Burger. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; This past weekend, we had the opportunity to demo the Walnut Burger at the Willy Street Co-op in Madison, WI as well as Whole Foods of Milwaukee, WI. Melt 4 Tbsp. butter in large skillet and add minced garlic. Add Walnut Burger patties and cook for about 4 minutes, or until browned and lightly crispy. Stir occasionally to break up the patties and keep them from sticking.&amp;nbsp; Place Walnut Burger in the bottom of a large baking dish. Next, lightly brown hashbrowns in the remaining 2 Tbsp. butter and place over Walnut Burger in baking dish. Then layer with the cheddar cheese.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Beat eggs and add milk and seasoning. Pour egg mixture over other ingredients in the baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done. Makes a great breakfast dish.
